My 15 week plan started this past week and was feeling pretty good overall. VERY Humid here in the New Jersey which made the runs a little more challenging. (2 runs in gym)
I fell one mile short, but wasn’t worth the push with the nasty heat wave we are realizing. Times were decent (mid 9’s).
- Met nutrition goals this week
- Started to incorporate some exercise – Sit Ups
